I’ve been there too.

 Before becoming a strength coach I used to hibernate at the gym. Weightlifting was my passion (and it still is).

After a 7-year battle with back pain, I struggled to find the right exercises for me. I was also terrified of lifting weights of any kind because I didn’t trust my body anymore. I was getting flare-ups frequently, and the fear of triggering them kept me from any sort of activities.

The problem was, I knew I HAD to strengthen my body and keep moving to get better.

  • 2 - 60-minute 1:1 Coaching Calls with me (over 2 weeks) ($200 value) – This is the core of The Move With Confidence coaching program, where you get personalised guidance, ask all your questions, and where I’ll bring specific tips and advice to help you reach your goals.
  • Email Support ($100 value) – I’ll be answering any of your questions that might come up in between our coaching calls.
  • Exercise Tutorial Videos – Access how-to videos to learn how to perform the 5 fundamental exercises. Fix bad form, and feel confident in working out again!


  • Injury Prevention Guide (27 value)– A concise e-book to teach you everything you need to know to stay injury free, and help your body get strong and pain-free.

Before booking, please make sure that you are able to commit:

  • 15 minutes to fill out a pre-call assessment workbook. This helps us focus the call on answering your questions and not on the workbook.
  • 2 (60-min) weekly coaching calls 
  • About 15 minutes for any possible homework, or to email support from me.
  • TOTAL TIME COMMITMENT:  About 2 – 2.5 hours over a timespan of 2 week(s)

    Once you fill out the application, I’ll review it and get back to you within few hours.  You will then receive an email with instructions on booking your sessions with me. Once booking is finalized, you’ll receive a welcome email with your Assessment Workbook to review and complete before our first session.     The coaching sessions are delivered via Skype (or whichever platform works best for you). The workbooks are in fillable PDF format. You also get exercise video tutorials inside a private members area.

  • q-iconWill this program help me with weight loss?

    • Definitely. We will discuss your fitness and health goals in session 1, and if that is your main goal, I’ll make sure to prepare specific advice and tips for you in that regard. Movement is crucial if weight loss is your goal, and it’s SO important to do it right to prevent future injuries. This program will show you how to do it safely.


  • q-iconDo I need equipment to do this program?


    The rehab exercises I share with you are all bodyweight. No equipment needed.
