Yes, I use a foam roller in some parts of the program.
I also use a small resistance loop band on a few occasions to isolate certain muscle groups (you can get a pack for less than $10 on Amazon). If you don't have a foam roller, you can still continue with the plan until you get one. I show you a few variations of exercises so that you have more options.
