I made these super amazing skinny low carb brownies that I can’t wait to share with you.
The ingredients are super nutritious so they are the perfect family holiday treat.

- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 unsweetened coco
- 1.5 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cream cheese
- 1/4 stevia / xylitol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 half sweetened chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of salt.
- I preheated the oven at 350 degrees.
- I used a glass dish that I oiled and sprinkled with some brown rice flour - about 1/4 tsp (you can use any flour you have for this specific step)
- Bake for 18 minutes
- Once baked (poke it with a knife to make sure the inside is dry), let it sit for few minutes to cool down.
