Tools and Resources

I often get asked about supplements or tools that have supported me in my healing journey. I decided to create this page and compile the most impactful tools and supplements that I believe in. The products here have all been used or researched by me personally. And if you decide to purchase any using my links, I'll get a very small commission at no extra cost to you. Thank you so much for supporting this blog and I hope you enjoy these products as much as I do!

bone broth

Our bones are made mostly of collagen. Collagen rich foods such as bone broth will help your body reduce inflammation and maintain healthy joints. It's always recommended you get your nutrients from whole food sources. And if you don't want to make your own broth because it's time consuming, check out Bare Bones. They make high quality bone broth and ship it to your home.

Turmeric is a powerful superfood that contains anti-inflammatory properties that'll help you reduce inflammation and joint pain.

Collagen supports joints and bones health (along with other benefits). I used it along with an anti-inflammatory diet to reduce inflammation naturally. This is the only brand I've used and continue to recommend.

TOOLS

The Spoonk Mat is my favorite tool to use before bed. This acupressure mat will help you improve your sleep quality in addittion to its ability to increase blood flow to the areas that require healing. It provides me with an amazing relief in just a few minutes.

A lumbar support will support your spine by reducing load and improving posture when driving or sitting for longer periods of time. You can attach this lumbar support to your car and your chair.

I've been using my Trigger Point foam roller for years now. A high quality foam roller will help you release trigger points and tightness, restore mobility, and maintain balanced muscles.

These are the resistance bands I personally use and recommend. I prefer fabric resistance bands because they don't roll or slide and they're ridig and long-lasting.
